

Mathew has extensive practical formulation experience with a range of
dosage forms and has designed and developed numerous novel delivery technologies
for both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical applications. Prior to
joining Phares Drug Delivery AG, he was the Managing Director at Vandsons
Ltd. He is a pharmacist by training and received his Ph.D. from the London
School of Pharmacy.

Jeff is well-versed in Drug Delivery, having worked with liposomes, dry
powder inhalation, oral wafers and other novel delivery forms during his
13 year career with Bayer in Germany and the US. During the last 2½ years at Bayer, Jeff
was Drug Delivery Technology Scout, evaluating Drug Delivery Systems and companies
from around the world. Jeffry has a BS in chemical engineering from Yale University
and an MBA from Purdue University.

He has a broad background in the industrial research and development of
innovative lipid-based and state of the art parenteral drug delivery systems
for biotechnological and synthetic medicinal compounds. Peter worked for
Ciba-Geigy and Novartis before joining Phares, and he is Adjunct Professor
(Privat Dozent) in Pharmaceutical Technology at Basel University. Peter
is a trained pharmacist with a Ph.D. in membrane biochemistry (Utrecht University).

Roland joined Phares Technology BV as Licensing and Corporate Development
Director from Novartis Pharma, where he held senior positions in Business
Development and Licensing. With a Ph.D. in biochemistry from Basel University
Roland has also been President of the Swiss Licensing Executives Society
(LES), Chairman of the Biotechnology Committee of LES International and
Co-founder of the Swiss Pharma Licensing Group.
