Combination service
Phares has developed a combination service which includes a formulation vehicle & in vivo testing package in order to get a rapid and inexpensive indication of the relative oral bioavailability of poorly soluble compounds.

Prevent precipitation
This unique service differs from conventional BAV testing because we are able to design and supply formulation vehicles that prevent precipitation of the compound by creating pseudo solutions, thereby providing the best conditions for oral absorption.

Benchmark with intravenous
Importantly, we also provide data using a molecularly dissolved intravenous formulation as a benchmark so that the absolute bioavailability of the compound can also be determined.

Invaluable data
Bioavailability Screening provides invaluable data for understanding the oral bioavailability of a compound delivered directly from a live animal model.
